A Striking Demonstration of Agile SCRUM Methodology at Work

We have successfully completed development of the 14-month project.
One of the challenging features of this project was the need for investigating and analyzing a great deal of information on business and software requirements for a new and unfamiliar application, in addition to the massive amount of knowledge transfer with regard to the functionality of the existing product.
To add to this, the work was performed in conjunction with the customer’s onsite team, which was already heavily involved in the maintenance of the main product, as well as support activities. So we had to recover the lost time.
For this project, we chose an approach that would considerably lower expenses on the communications side, without a loss of quality in the daily work performed.
And we have built an agile SCRUM based solution, which resulted in a successful two months ahead of schedule release.
