What is Agile? Agile is a family of lightweight software development methodologies for building quality software despite the vague and rapidly changing requirements.
These lightweight methodologies combine a set of principles, practices and processes that allow the development team to build software quickly and make precisely what customer needs.

Extreme Programming (XP) organizes the software development process in the most efficient way known. Their combination results in great management and software development performance gain.
